Before long and with the encouragement of family and friends, Kentucky Cake Co was born. We were absolutely blown away with our Batman cake! It really made our 7 yr olds birthday so special, and to top it off, it was all Gluten FREE! The cake tasted so good that I thought for sure I had messed up the order - so I called to confirm. The taste was so great and was not dry and chalky like most GF cakes and breads. If you have food allergies that you have to modify for, Kentucky Cake Co is THE BEST! Not only are they a show-piece for the party with their incredible designs, they taste amazing!

I cannot believe what Leslee was able to do for our 1 year-old baby girls cake. I couldn't quite nail down what 'style' cake I wanted. I knew I didn't really want a straight-up princess cake, so I asked if she could decorate it like her nursery. All Leslee had to work with a photo of the nursery… and she knocked it out of the park. The colors, the floral arrangement, everything was so beautiful. I honestly wish I had had that cake for my wedding it was so delicate, classy, and clearly made with such love.
